Lynn had heart problems and died at home in Clarksville, TN.
After retiring from the Army, he spent many hours doing volunteer work running the Clarksville-Montgomery County Museum's model train exhibit. "He's the heart of that," said the Museum's Director, and he enjoyed it very much.
Lynn had one daughter and two sons.
